This report appears to be broken in CV 2021 but is one of the reports included in a package - only for CV 2021 - available on eSupport.

The report does run in CV11 but it has formatting issues . It looks like someone tried to make a report that shows all materials grouped together by vendor. I'm not sure why there is no report tag for this report.
